We have a new little garden in our tiny backyard behind our parking area. Before putting in the plants, we had someone install an outdoor faucet, which didn't come with the house, and for which the landlady will fortunately reimburse us. Since putting in these few plants early last week - tomatoes, peppers, red kale, zucchini, and marigolds - the garden has seen little sun and abnormal rain for this time of year.
Possibly these plants are too close together, possibly they won't really get quite enough sun. In time, we'll put in a little drip system. I may shortly get some chocolate mint runners from an overseas blogger source - those will go in our tiny front yard where there isn't quite as much sun, and where I won't care if the mint overruns everything.
