This post is really just an excuse to test using a photo as a post or paragraph background. To get the size right, at least the way I did it, took a lot of fiddling around and it might not be worth doing very often!
Nice! I have some lovely pink cholla flower pix that I need to post, too. The vagaries of photo posting are still quite infuriating for me - I never quite get the post to look exactly how I'd like it to. Good for you for figuring this out!
I found a website, Spice up your Blog, which has lots of interesting ideas, including this idea. It took me some effort to get sizing and lettering right, even though I use another site to test things sometimes. (The other site doesn't use the same template anymore.)
Nice! Our Prickly Pears are blooming pinks.
I've been looking around on hikes for cacti in bloom for some weeks. Haven't seen any of our magenta ones yet.
