Coffee machine and thermostat - I can always make coffee using my Coleman stove in the back of my truck: boil water in small pot, pour into coffee-filled gold filter; that creates a kind of "cowboy" coffee. Thermostat - the truck heats up nicely in winter, doesn't have AC in summer due to an impatient truck buyer (it's really an Alaskan truck now operating in the warm to warmer "desert").
[The real coffee machine and several thermostats are in the real office - but the above all sounds better, doesn't it - except sometimes the lack of AC.]
